Admin User and Normal User

There are 2 user types in the customer portal, these consist of “Normal” and “Admin”

Normal – Normal users can only view project that the integrator has added them to (for example

Admin – Admin users can view all projects (even those from Child customers) even if they are not added as a contact

If you feel you have not been assinged the correct user type please get in touch with your integrator and ask them to change it.
