QR Codes

You will notice that some of your products will have a QR attached to it. In order to scan the QR code you will need to access Sirvez via your phone by going to app.sirvez.com and log in with your credentials (User name and Password). You will see a “Scan QR” button on the dashboard. When you scan this you will see all of the product details including plus the option of creating a helpdesk ticket for the product.
